We appreciate you choosing Glasshouse Collection for your bouquet preservation project! Reserve a spot with us by selecting the date of your upcoming event in the calendar below (disregard the time slots, we just need to know what day your event is). Please note you are scheduling for the DAY OF THE EVENT, and that you will need to schedule a meet-up/drop-off for your flowers separately. If you are shipping, it is assumed you will be shipping them to us ASAP after the wedding.

If your event date has passed, please select today’s date. Local flowers can be accepted up to a week after the event. Shipped flowers will need to be sent within 3 days from the event date.

Within this scheduling form, you will also pay our required $100 deposit for fresh flower preservations. This is the only amount due at this time and the final payment is invoiced to you once your keepsakes are finished. This deposit is non-refundable, as it is holding a spot and keeping additional reservations from being scheduled.

After we receive your flowers, we have an estimated working timeframe of up to 6 months. This timeframe is an estimate, not an exact. Sometimes our working process can be sped up or slowed down by a few days to a few weeks depending on how busy our current order work month is.

Specialty resin requests or large orders can cause me to exceed this timeframe, so please advise if there are any certain time parameters you would like to keep within.

Please allow additional time to complete orders with 3 or more items as these typically exceed our general timeframe.

We are limiting our monthly orders this year, if your date is no longer available, the calendar is probably closed for the month. Please reach out with any questions that our FAQ does not answer.
