Shipping cost of the flowers to me can vary, USPS has the more conservative pricing and is just as reliable as other services. I have seen USPS cost vary from $75-$100, cost with UPS and Fed-Ex can tend to be higher around $100-$200.

Once your piece is completed there will be an additional, flat rate cost for shipping. Additional insurance is mandatory and will be valued at the cost of the invoiced package, rounded up.

  • Smaller items & frames are shipped at a flat rate of $20

  • Large frames and resin blocks are shipped at a rate of $40-$50.

Hard plastic is ideal but you can also use frozen veggies when in a pinch

No (literal) packs of ice, they will melt and the box will get distorted and then ups repackages everything in a plastic bag… ruining it

HOW TO KEEP FLOWERS IN THE MEANTIME

Keep in ice / cold water

Ideally keep in refrigerator until shipping if possible

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING MY BOUQUET?

To mail the flowers you need a box a little bigger than the bouquet, tape ice packs to the sides(no baggies full of ice- they will leak!) Having the box just fitted is important because the ice has less area to cool. Often I get very large boxes. 

Wrap the bouquet stems in a damp paper towel and then use newspaper and wrap the entire bouquet- starting with the stems, loosely covering the blooms. No plastics please.

In the bottom half of the box fill with paper (present wrapping paper! ♻️) or peanut padding, place the bouquet then cover with more padding to the top so it doesn’t move during travel. Include your name somewhere so that I associate the flowers with the correct bride :) Please send them overnight or next day to me.

USPS has the best rates. Please do not have the package to be signed for, I don’t want to miss it!

HOW SOON SHOULD I SHIP MY FRESH FLOWER / WEDDING BOUQUET?

It is best to overnight or next day your flowers to me as soon as possible and preferably no later than 2-3 days after the event. We can still accept flowers that are further past that timeframe but keep in mind the pressing quality will lessen as more time passes. Please make arrangements to ship your bouquet to me before your event: make a plan with a bridesmaid / parent / trusted friend. Colored flowers do tend to have longer windows to work within.

PACKAGING

Package tight where there is not a lot of room for the flowers to move around but also the flowers are free from being pushed up against anything. You can easily ship your flowers, we will provide more detailed instructions on where you can send your flowers once you have secured your spot with us.
